Dusten was awesome! I just moved to the area and had to have the A/C checked. He was courteous, professional, and even took the time to explain and show me key components of the entire unit. Last week one of the Air Conditioners at the Veterans Benefits Center went out in this 115 degree heat! Within the hour Dusten arrived and diagnosed our problem. The compressor was shot, and still under warranty. The only part in stock was in Jonesboro. Dusten drove to Jonesboro and picked up the compressor, and two surge protectors, one for each unit, and we had cold air by closing time! He was super helpful, and extremely knowledgeable! Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience! Highly recommended!

Ryan and two other men arrived at 8:15am and worked hard all day replacing the HVAC for us. It was clear they knew exactly how to do their job. They were very polite and worked hard. Ladonna is also very easy to work with; we will certainly recommend Mason Heat & Air.

Once agaign Kyle from Mason Heat & Air did a great job at diagnosing our AC Unit and was able to fix it right away. So professional and knowledgable. I have used Mason Heat and Air since 1997. I would not even consider calling anyone else.They have been our only Heat and Air company which they have installed 8 different Units for us over the years. Phil took care of us on a Saturday and we were so blessed by his dedication to finding our problem. Our home was cooling back down IMMENSELY within an hour of finding the problem and fixing it!

Called Mason heating and air that our ac had went out during the weekend. I called and within 5 minutes they called back and said they would have a service guy out by mid afternoon. The service guy showed up. His name was Jacob. He done an outstanding job repairing our ac unit. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The service manager was also very helpful. I will definitely use this company again. Very good company.

TC was very friendly and very efficient. We would invite him to our home again if we needed help.

The 2 young men (Justin and TC) were very courteous and professional. A well written summary of their findings today concerning my 15 yr old system is easy to understand. I felt very comfortable having them in my home.
